Joanna arrived early on a mild sunny January day to get ready for her big day in our secret room along with her bridesmaids Zoe & Olivia, soon the room was filled with laughter and giggles as hair was teased into place and makeup applied. Luke had the luxury of arriving a little later to get ready and meet all the guest that were starting to arrive.
Soon it was time for Joanna to step into her beautiful white bridal gown with a little help from Zoe, Olivia, once the last minute finishing touches had been put in place it was time to make their way towards the Bishops room where all the guest and importantly Luke was waiting. Zoe and Olivia and the two paige boys lead the way into the room and down the aisle, everyone was now turning around and trying to capture their first glimpses of Joanna, you could hear the audible whispers of people commenting on how beautiful Joanna looked, as she walked towards Luke who now had a huge proud smile on his face, it was a very touching moment when they were finally able to join hands for the first time that day. The ceremony finished to the sound of applause as Joanna and Luke shared their first kiss as husband and wife.
Bubbly and canapés were being served for the enjoyment of all their guest, Joanna and Luke were able to relax for a short time whilst their family and friends offered their congratulations, before Anna Roberts Photographywhisked them away for some intimate photos together in and around the house and grounds at Woodhall Manor, they then rejoined their guests for the group shots.
As the sun began to settle it signalled the time for Joanna, Luke and their family and friends to make their way in for the wedding breakfast, as their party was relatively small they were able to utilise the stunning oak panelled Bishops room for the meal. Once everyone was seated and the wine poured the room soon filled with the joyous sound of friends and family catching up on times past.
The DJ put the first tunes of the night on as the evening guest started to arrive, once the cake had been cut and Joanna and Luke had shown everyone their smooth moves on the dance floor the celebrations could really get under way.
